State law requires physicians with an ownership interest in a medical facility to which they refer patients to disclose this owner interest.
Your doctor along with other area physicians may have a minority interest in Kissimmee Surgery Center.
You are being informed of this ownership interest to comply with State law as well as to offer you an opportunity to select another provider for your services if you so desire.
If you prefer to reschedule your procedure at another facility, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you with other arrangements.
